MAGIC POPPY (8) Unimpressive effort when 4th last start at the track. Should bounce back and will try to take advantage of the draw. Displays very good finishing speed. Dropping in distance. Can get the job done . ASTON RAMONA (1) Disappointing outing when 6th last run around here. Looking past the last run and will appreciate a good box. Goes very close. DAME TRUCULENT (4) Well beaten when 5th last time at Angle Park. Should muster plenty of early toe. Winning hope. COMPTON LAYLA (5) Below par when 4th last start here. Finishes off strongly. Appears well in this.
